Famous Nigerian musician Davido has revealed that he paid music video director TG Omori a whopping sum of N100 million to shoot the music video for a song on his new album “Timeless.”

In a recent interview with Lagos’ Beats FM, Davido revealed this. The video, in his opinion, cost the most ever in the history of Nigerian music.

Davido remarked:

“I’m looking forward to the album. We used TG to film the video. And I’m pleased to inform that it’s Nigeria’s first N100 million video.

“The video took about six days to film. I came for three as well. The other three days, he fired. The video resembled
a narrative. He’s wonderful, shoutout to him,” he continued.

On March 31, 2023, the musician dropped his eagerly awaited album, “Timeless.”
