Four Nigerian songs are on the former US President Barack Obama’s list of his top 2023 musical selections.The songs are “Me & U” by Tems, “Amapiano” by Asake featuring Olamide, “Unavailable” by Davido featuring Musa Keys, and “Sittin’ On Top Of The World” by Burna Boy featuring 21 Savage.
The song “Water” by South African musician Tyla was also added to the list that the former US President unveiled on Friday.
World music, including Latino, pop, Afrobeats, Hip-hop, Grime, Reggaeton, Reggae, Dancehall, R&B, and Soul, was included in the list.
