Yoruba youngsters have been informed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, that it is their obligation to ensure the safety of their lives and belongings, including those of their parents.
He told them not to depend on their governors because, similar to the governors of the South East and South-South, they will not defend them.

Kanu reminded the Yoruba youths that southwest governors did nothing when herders kidnapped and killed a Yoruba leader, Pa Fasoranti’s daughter, on Yoruba land, according to a statement released by the group’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful.

He pointed out that because they virtually all belong to the same political party, the governors of the Southwest, especially the governor of Ondo State, are unable to maintain any resistance to the operations of killer herdsmen who are thought to be Fulanis.

Kanu challenged the young people to take charge of their own fate and rise to the occasion, just as the Eastern youths had done with the Eastern Security Network, or ESN.

Kanu forewarned the young people that the Yoruba nation would end with any attempt to compromise.

“Somehow I knew he didn’t have the guts to withstand their Caliphate masters,” the statement said in part. His defiance didn’t endure very long, did it? He has given in, just like his Eastern rivals. Which one do the herdsmen allow? Are you saying that terrorists with official licenses are active in Yoruba forests?

“It makes sense that the South West governors did nothing when these licensed killers in Yorubaland killed Pa Fasoranti’s daughter on Yoruba territory. Everyone is aware that Nigeria’s Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders are the feared killers.
