The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) protestors who stopped a heavily traveled portion of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Wednesday, September 14, in response to the ASUU strike, are allegedly “violating” national laws, according to the Federal Government.

Following President Muhammadu Buhari’s weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, SAN, made this announcement to State House media.
